- We offer non-drop reviews; however, if platforms like Google remove reviews due to their policies, we will refill them once. If removed again, further action may not be possible.
2. Payment Terms
- Daily Payments: Clients are required to make daily payments as specified based on the reports we share.
- No Refunds: Given the nature of our service and the instant payments made to suppliers, refunds are not possible. We work with a chain of workers and suppliers to fulfill our services, making it challenging to offer refunds once the service has commenced.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content on 1clickreputation.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 1clickreputation.com and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
4. Service Guarantees and Limitations
- We guarantee non-drop reviews, but please be aware that platforms like Google may sometimes consider certain reviews as spam. If this happens, they may remove the reviews from your GMB profile.
- We offer a one-time refill for removed reviews, but if Google removes them again, we will not be able to refill them further.
5. User Responsibilities
- As our services are B2B-focused, clients are required to provide accurate information to ensure the success of the campaign.
- In case of any issues such as negative reviews being mistakenly posted, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Late Payments and Communication
- If there are significant delays in payment or if a client blocks our contact, we reserve the right to take action, including posting negative reviews on the client’s listing.
- Clients can contact us 24*7 via call or WhatsApp for any inquiries, complaints, or payment issues.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 1clickreputation.com, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms
We will not change these Terms without informing our clients in advance and obtaining their consent. Any changes will be communicated, and clients will have the opportunity to agree to the updated terms.
