1. Review Management Services
We provide authentic review generation and management services for platforms including:
- Google Business Profile
- Zomato
- Other review platforms
Important Notes:
- We cannot guarantee that platforms will not remove reviews, as this is beyond our control
- In case of review removal, we may attempt to refill up to 40% of lost reviews (one-time only)
- We do not create or encourage fake reviews
2. Social Media Services
Our social media services include:
- Account setup and optimization
- Content creation and scheduling
- Growth strategies (followers/likes)
- Advertising management
Service Limitations:
- Results may vary based on platform algorithms
- We comply with all platform terms of service
3. Payment Terms
All services require full upfront payment before work begins:
- Starter Plans: 100% payment in advance
- Standard/Premium Plans: 100% payment in advance
- Custom Packages: 50% deposit, 50% before delivery
Payment Policies:
- No refunds once work has begun
- Chargebacks will result in service termination
- Late payments incur If there are significant delays in payment or if a client blocks our contact, we reserve the right to take action, including posting negative reviews on the client’s listing.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Not request fake or misleading reviews
- Respond within 48 hours for approvals/requests
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Not hold us responsible for platform policy changes
5. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Platform bans or content removal
- Changes in platform algorithms
- Client-provided incorrect information
- Third-party service interruptions

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use means acceptance.
